Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rivalry Among Nations (“we”, “us”) operates the Rivalry Among Nations online game for iOS and Android, and this website. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. By creating an account or playing, you agree to it.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run your account and the game.

• Account details: your game User ID, your email address, and an optional referral code. You choose your own User ID.
• Password: it is checked against the game server when you sign in. Our website backend does not store it.
• Game data: your characters, level, class, school, guild, items, gold, Fury Coins (EP) balance, rankings, and chat or in-game activity needed to run the game and enforce its rules.
• Purchases and top-ups: the products you buy, amounts, order and payment reference numbers, and status. We never see or store your bank or e-wallet credentials.
• Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and crash and error logs, used for security, fair play and fixing bugs.
• Support messages: anything you send us, for example through our Facebook page or Discord.

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

• create and secure your account and let you sign in;
• run the game, shop, standings and referral program;
• process top-ups and credit Fury Coins to your account;
• prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and rate-limit sign-in attempts;
• provide support, send service messages such as account or payment notices, and improve the game;
• comply with the law.

4. Payments

Top-ups, when available, are paid by QR Ph through our payment provider. Payment is completed in your banking or e-wallet app; the provider shares with us only the confirmation, amount and reference number. Because QR Ph payments cannot be reversed, please check the amount before paying.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share it only with:

• service providers that host and run our systems (our backend and game database hosting) and process payments, under their own privacy terms;
• other players, but only what you make public in game, such as character name, level, class, guild and ranking;
• authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our users, our rights or the game’s security.

6. Referrals

Referrals are invite-only and enabled per account. If you use a referral code, the player who owns that code can see that an account signed up with it and, where the program pays commissions, related purchase activity. They cannot see your email or password.

7. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed afterwards for security, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Payment records are kept as required by Philippine tax and accounting rules.

8. Your rights and choices

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and similar laws where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address in section 13. We may need to verify your identity first. Deleting your account removes your characters and items, and cannot be undone. Some records may be kept where the law requires.

9. Children

Rivalry Among Nations is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under the age of majority where you live, get a parent or guardian’s permission before making purchases. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and rate limiting to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so keep your password private and do not share your account.

11. Where your data is processed

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country, including outside the Philippines. We take steps to protect your data wherever it is processed.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and notify you in the game or by email for significant changes.
