Ask us to delete your account and personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
  2. Include your game User ID, and say that you want your account and data deleted.
  3. We may reply to confirm it is really you. Requests from an address that does not match the account may be refused.
  4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, User ID and registered email address.
  • Your characters, items, gold, Fury Coins (EP) balance and rankings. This cannot be undone, and unspent EP is not refunded.
  • Your referral code and links to the players you referred.

What we may keep

We keep payment and order records as long as tax, accounting or other laws require, and limited security and fraud-prevention logs for a short period. These are kept only for those purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
